the Ozarks in 1984 as a volunteer. Becoming a member of the Board of Directors
in 1986, she served as the Volunteer Executive Director until the Ronald McDonald
House was built and opened in 1988. Bonnie continued in her role as a member
of the Board until being named the paid Executive Director in 1989. She was
promoted to President & CEO in 1991, a position she has held as the organization
has expanded to include a granting program, the establishment of our mobile
dental unit for at risk children (the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile) in 2002,
and as plans continue for a new Ronald McDonald House within the walls of
St. John's Hospital-Springfield (2009).
Bonnie directs the operations of Ronald McDonald House Charities and The Tooth Truck, focusing on priorities that serve the organizations'
missions. She is responsible for implementing the vision and executing the
policies established by the Boards of Directors, assuming full accountability
for operational issues, and exercising complete authority over and responsibility
for all management decisions and functions. She spearheads all fund development
for the organization and serves as a voting member of the RMHC Board of Directors.
To further serve the community, Bonnie served as the Volunteer Chairperson
for the Price Cutter Charity Championship (PCCC) during 2002 and 2003, after supporting
the tournament as a volunteer for 12 years. She continues as a member of the PCCC Board of Directors. Bonnie served as the 2004-2005
president of the 225-member Springfield Southeast Rotary Club during the
Centennial Year of Rotary International. She is a charter member of the All
Star Smiles Sertoma Club and was named the 2004 Sertoman of the Year. She
was named the Outstanding Fundraising Executive by the Ozarks Region Chapter
of the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2002, and was named as
one of the 20 Most Influential Women of 2004 by the Springfield Business
Journal. In 2008, she received the "Making a Difference for Women" Award by Soroptimist International of Springfield. Bonnie is currently serving on the board of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and has been named the 2009 Vice Chairman-Community Development/Special Events.

who attend Ozark Schools.
On June 30, 2008 Staci Holland was named the Program Director for the Ronald McDonald House of the Ozarks. She began her work as an Assistant Manager in August 2002 and was promoted to Associate House Manager in July 2005. After working nearly two years in her expanded role, she was promoted to House Manager, a position she held until her recent promotion within the organization. As the Program Director, Staci will provide leadership for our current House as well as our Ronald McDonald House within the walls of St. John’s Hospital. She is a member of the Partners for Maternal and Child Health , the Healthy Community Collaborative, and will be participating in Leadership Springfield in 2009.
Staci graduated from Drury University on August 13, 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Biology. Her passion for helping families of ill children has led her from a path in medicine to a career with RMHC. Staci has served as Vice President of the Springfield Zeta Tau Alpha Alumnae Chapter since 2007 and, currently, is a member of the Partners for Maternal and Child Health and the Healthy Community Collaborative and H.O.P.E Sertoma. She also volunteers with Relay for Life, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and serves as a spokesperson for the “Every Fifteen Minutes”, a program of the Missouri Traffic Safety Alliance, sharing her personal experience of losing a sister to a car accident involving a drunk driver.
We welcomed Donnetta Ghys as our Associate House Manager to the Ronald McDonald House of the Ozarks on December 10, 2007 and she was recently promoted to House Manager on June 30, 2008. She attended Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas where she earned three degrees: Business Administration, Economics, and Accounting. Donnetta’s duties as the House Manager involve overseeing all aspects of House Operations and providing leadership to the Assistant Manager team.
While volunteering for various organizations, her local hospital, and Habitat for Humanity, Donnetta was inspired to seek a career where she could give back to her community. In 2006, she moved to Springfield where she met her husband, Todd. Since their marriage in November of 2007, she has enjoyed being a new mother to two-year-old Brady. Some of her favorite pastimes include cooking with Brady and oil painting. Donnetta and her husband are active members of East Sunshine Church of Christ in Springfield.
Mindy Muñoz joined Ronald McDonald House Charities on January 1, 2007 as the Program
Director for the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile. She is responsible for the
overall operation and day-to-day relationships for our mobile dental clinic,
which involves every aspect of the program from patients to volunteers
to school sites to Medicaid to future program growth.
Mindy’s personal mission is to continue in a career that has the potential
to impact thousands of lives. She spent the last five years administrating
all aspects of a medical facility caring for roughly 10,000 patient visits
a year in Rio Bravo, Mexico through the Hands Together Ministry. As the clinic’s
medical coordinator, Mindy planned, directed and coordinated all aspects
of medical services provided through the Methodist Church’s largest
foreign mission site, serving Mexican people through onsite facilities, rural
communities, local health facilities and in-home care. She led over 40 missions
each year involving more than 1,500 volunteers, dedicating her time to helping
the poorest of the community receive free medical attention, including surgeries,
while ensuring that volunteers had a positive experience. One of the administrators
Mindy worked with refers to her as the “Pied Piper of Rio Bravo”.
Mindy graduated Magna Cum Laude from William Jewel College in Liberty, MO
in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She attended
the Oxford University Overseas Study Course in 1999-2000 at St. Peters College
in Oxford, England. She has received numerous awards for her work in the
community including honors from the Red Cross, the DIF government
agency and being chosen as one of five awarded for the International Day
of the Woman in recognition of exceptional work performed throughout the
municipality in 2003. Mindy is a member of The Network and Partners for Maternal and Child Health.
After first meeting in Mexico, Mindy and her new husband, Ivan, were married in March of 2008. In their free time they enjoy participating in community events celebrating the hispanic culture.
Jill Finney joined Ronald McDonald House Charities on Aug. 31, 2010 as the organization's first communications & marketing director. Jill was born and raised in Springfield, Mo., and attended Parkview High School before receiving her Bachelor's in Journalism degree from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002. The Tigers are near and dear to Jill's heart. While at Mizzou, Jill was a member of Sigma Kappa sorority and served as president of the Society of Professional Journalists.
Jill's professional experience ranges from newspapers to health care public relations and marketing. In 2008, while working for Missouri Rehabilitation Center, Jill received a 40 Under 40 award from the Joplin Business Journal. Jill also served as a member of Battlefield's Board of Alderman from 2009 to 2010.
During her time at an Evansville, Ind., newspaper, Jill met her husband Don whom she married in 2006 and brought back to her hometown. Jill and Don welcomed their first child, Kara, in April 2010.
Adrienne Weber McCoy joined Ronald McDonald House Charities on December 3, 2007 in her position of Event Coordinator. While with the Springfield Cardinals, Adrienne began volunteering once a week at the Ronald McDonald House where her love and passion for our mission and organization sparked her interest for event planning and helping others. Adrienne is now a member of Springfield Rotaract where she serves as the Rotary Rock'n Ribs BBQ Festival Committee Chair and is a member of The Network and Executive Women's Club. She is also involved with the All-Star Smiles Sertoma Club and serves on the Executive Committee for Rock’n Ribs.
