We believe the entire family needs comfort and support when a child is sick and should be fully involved with health care providers about the care and services their child receives.
More than a place to stay
Through these core programs, Ronald McDonald House and its network of local Chapters provide so much more than shelter for families with children who need to travel for medical care.

Ronald McDonald House reduces the burdens families face when a child is sick to ensure the best health outcomes
Families with children who are sick carry a lot of additional stress—long drives for treatment, hotel and meal costs, worried siblings and feelings of helplessness. Ronald McDonald House helps families access the care they need, provide accommodations and meals, strengthen them mentally and physically - all to promote healing for the whole family.
